We will then meet with you at the property to view the home in person and get a better understanding of its condition and features. Afterwards, we will meet back at our office to discuss your needs and goals for this process, determining whether or not we are a good fit.
Once we have determined our compatibility, we will conduct a Comparative Market Analysis on your home to establish the price. The listing price will be based on the home’ s age, condition, size, location, and the market conditions. We will also review what similar homes in the area have sold or are listed for. Once we have determined the proper listing price, we will meet with you to review it.

We take a proactive approach by door-knocking in the neighbourhood, informing neighbours of your listing, and inviting them to an exclusive neighbours-only open house. We will also reach out to our international network of Realtors and database of qualified buyers and invite them to our public open houses.
You will be immediately notified as soon as an offer comes in. We’ll review the offer price and conditions together and our team will negotiate on your behalf until an acceptable deal is reached.
